A founding member of 401 Catering & Events. Max is an avid cook and fisherman. He has spent nearly half of his life working on the water and in the seafood industry. He currently manages the Ocean State Shellfish Cooperative in Narragansett. Max’s passion for cooking his knowledge of the local seafood market can be seen in creative menu options being served at events.
A founding member of 401 Catering & Events. Originally from Massachusetts, Brian came to Rhode Island to attend URI and hasn’t left since. Brian is the owner of 401 Oyster Company, which operates a 3 acre farm on Ninigret Pond in Charlestown, RI. There he produces Breachway oysters, a favorite at raw bars in Rhode Island and beyond.
